Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) will shortly issue on the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS), a request for proposals (RFP).
PNCC is seeking to develop a Single-Stage Business Case (SSBC) to evaluate the variety of ways to improve the bus terminal and surrounding streetscape within the existing location to prioritise public transport across the city, while integrating with other active modes and reducing dependence on private motor vehicles as the preferred transport option in the city centre.

We anticipate releasing the RFP in late January 2022. This notice provides advance communication about the scope of the opportunity and provides time for potential respondents to consider their approach.
