Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) will shortly issue on the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS), a request for proposals (RFP) for consultancy services for the development of a Civic and Cultural Precinct Master Plan (the Services) for the rejuvenation of Palmerston North’s City Centre.
We anticipate releasing the RFP in late January 2021.
This notice provides advance communication about the scope of the opportunity and provides time for potential respondents to consider their approach.
