Palmerston North City Council is seeking proposals for the sequential refurbishment of two freestanding holiday cabins at the Palmerston North Holiday Park, which provide accommodation for visitors to the region.
The scope includes demolition and construction to consented plan specifications. This includes supply, installation and commissioning of all plumbing, electrical, cabinetry and windows.
Building designs, plans, specifications and building consent have been prepared by Chapple Architecture, and are included in this RFT.
