In line with Palmerston North City Council’s (PNCC) shift to better delivery of building maintenance and facilities management, The Facilities Management Division (FMD) within PNCC are seeking to source and integrate a cloud-based Maintenance Management System (MMS). The MMS will become the digital hub for all maintenance activities including Reactive, Planned and Minor Capital works activities, to modernise delivery, reduce risk and collect accurate data to enable improved future decision making.

This ROI aims to identify a vendor who has the full capability, capacity, and a sound track record of providing an MMS software that enables a high performing facilities management function.

The MMS will need to:
• be cloud-based;
• integrate with current systems;
• be intuitive and easy to use;
• provide real time workflow management of maintenance jobs (including health and safety);
• hold and update asset data; and
• provide functional reporting on maintenance services to enable improved decision making.
