Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified consultants to develop activity/asset management plans (AMPs). The plans need to be approved by Council by 30 June 2020 to inform the 2021-31 Long Term Plan (LTP) and the 30-year infrastructure strategy.
Interest can be expressed in the following packages of work:
• Transport (one AMP)
• Three Waters (three AMPs, being water supply, wastewater and stormwater)
• Rubbish and Recycling (one AMP)
• Parks and Reserves (one AMP)
• Property (currently assumed this will be split into multiple AMPs)
Interest can be expressed in one package, or as many packages as desired.
