Palmerston North City Council invites registrations of interest from suitably qualified contractors for the upgrade of the Colquhoun Park Pavilion at 134-136 Fairs Road, Palmerston North.

The Colquhoun Park Pavilion, which has an existing gross floor area of 1,183m2, will be undergoing a major upgrade. Upgrade works will include internal refurbishment and fire safety upgrades throughout the pavilion, construction of a new 130m2 125m2 concrete deck and store rooms below the Club Room as well as external sitework including a concrete walkway and ramp for disabled accessibility between the Pavilion, carparks and the sports field.

The upgrade must be completed by mid December 2019.
