Palmerston North City Council (Council) seeks Proposals from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the provision of procurement advisory and principal’s representative services for the implementation of the City Centre Streetscape Plan (CCSP) programme, in the Central Business District of Palmerston North.
Council is looking for a Project Manager who can take the lead in the delivery of this catalyst project for the Palmerston North City Centre. Council requires Respondents who have a strong history in the procurement of engineering & landscape design, and construction contractors. We also require someone to act as principal’s representative for the CCSP delivery, managing multiple external suppliers.
