Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) owns an area of 9.63ha within the upper terrace of the Whakarongo residential growth area off James Line and is now proceeding with development plans now that the parcel of land has been rezoned for residential use.
PNCC is seeking proposals from a multi-disciplinary consultancy firm or consortium of consultants/ contractors to supply professional services for design, planning and consenting of the new subdivision.
