Palmerston North City Council (the Council) seeks registrations of interest (ROI) from companies, consortia (the Contractor), or other interested parties to provide design and construction options for re-development of a social housing site in Papaioea Place, Palmerston North. The Council has made budget provision in its 10 Year Plan for the site to be re-developed to better meet the accommodation needs of pensioners who generally have limited assets and incomes.
Depending on the quality of submissions received in response to this ROI, Council intends generating a short list of not more than three submitters who will then be paid the sum of $ 5,000 each to provide more detailed plans of its re-development proposal.
Submissions received in response to this ROI will be evaluated by an Assessment Panel established by the Council.
