Pharmac invites proposals for the supply of Gowns and Aprons, and Masks to Health New Zealand | Health NZ (“Health NZ”) hospitals.

This request for proposals (“RFP”) is stage two of the wider personal protective equipment (PPE) procurement process released on 23 May 2024. A submitter who is notified by Pharmac that its ROI has been accepted is eligible to participate in the opportunity to be selected for a panel of suppliers for the “Gowns and Aprons”, and “Masks” categories.

This RFP incorporates the following schedules:
· Schedule 1 specifies the medical devices for which Pharmac is requesting proposals and sets out the background to the RFP, the types of proposals sought and panel arrangements;
· Schedule 2 describes the process that Pharmac expects to follow in relation to the RFP;
· Schedule 3 specifies the requirements, information and evidence you need to include in your proposal, and attachments 1, 3, 4 and 5 contain the forms in which you are to provide details of your proposal;
· Schedule 4 sets out the Response Form to be used as part of your proposal submission;
· Attachment 2 contains the Pharmac terms and conditions to list medical devices on the Pharmaceutical Schedule; and
· Attachment 6 contains the requirements for delivering goods to the central distribution warehouse.

If you wish to submit a proposal, you must submit it to Pharmac no later than 12:00 p.m. on 03 March February 2025 via the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS).

If you have any questions about this RFP, please post these on GETS by 12:00 pm on 13 February 2025. Responses to all questions will be published on GETS.
