Release of the draft 2022/23 Invitation to Tender
Pharmac is seeking feedback from pharmaceutical suppliers, medical groups, Te Whatu Ora hospital pharmacies, patient advocacy groups, other interested parties and the public on:
• A proposal to tender certain pharmaceuticals for principal supply;
• The implications of awarding Principal Supply Status;
• The proposed terms and conditions for the 2022/23 Invitation to Tender; and
• Commercial proposals as an alternative to tendering.
Alternative Commercial Proposals are to be submitted to tender@pharmac.govt.nz by 4 pm Friday 19 August 2022.
Feedback is to be submitted to tender@pharmac.govt.nz by 5 pm Thursday 25 August 2022.
Feedback should be provided by submitting an email to the Tender Analysts at tender@pharmac.govt.nz
