On behalf of the Wellington Metro Councils (Greater Wellington, Wellington City, Hutt City, Upper Hutt and Porirua City) we're seeking an outstanding recruitment agency, to design and execute a recruitment plan for the Establishment Board, and Interim Chief Executive for the establishment of a new water organisation.
