Oranga Tamariki is seeking experienced suppliers to deliver structured programmes within residential facilities that support the wellbeing and development of tamariki and rangatahi in care.

The intent of this procurement is to establish a pool of capable suppliers to design and deliver structured programmes that promote resilience, life skills, and long‑term wellbeing.

Suppliers must be able to operate safely within secure settings and have sufficient staff capacity to deliver their programme for a minimum of 10 consecutive weeks, to ensure consistency and build trust with our young people in care.

Services must be delivered in person at one (or more) of our residential locations in; Auckland, Rotorua, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin.
