Frontline Technology Systems Upgrade (FTSU) Implementation and Support Partner (I&S) RFP
Oranga Tamariki is pleased to invite shortlisted Respondents from our Implementation and Support Partner (I&S) ROI to respond to this RFP. This is a closed competitive procurement process that is only open to the shortlisted Respondents of the I&S ROI.
This RFP outlines the requirements and expectations for the project along with the criteria that will guide the evaluation and selection process.
Our Requirements
The RFP is the second stage of the multi-stage procurement for an I&S Partner. The Frontline Technology Systems Upgrade (FTSU) Programme involves replacing legacy systems that are outdated and no longer meet the needs of Oranga Tamariki frontline kaimahi and the tamariki, whānau, caregivers and partners that we work with. The Programme is an integral part of the future as it will provide technologies that enable current and future ways to connect and support tamariki (children), rangatahi (young people) and their whānau (family). Our goal is to choose a partner and a Platform that shares our commitment to enabling and supporting quality practice, both now and in the future.
We are looking to implement new technology that can meet the needs of our entire organisation. It will replace multiple existing systems and applications providing a complete solution that:
• Supports current and future models of practice
• Integrates with our existing ICT environment; and
• Enables engagement across multiple channels.
We have made a commitment to our stakeholders that the Frontline Technology Systems Upgrade will be a collaborative programme, that includes:
• Collaboration with users to create a fit for purpose Solution that delivers improvements in the day-to-day mahi of kaimahi (worker).
• Engagement, utilisation and participation of key stakeholders, subject matter experts, people managers and enabling business partners to contribute to the development and design of future systems.
• Actively taking advantage of opportunities to collaborate, integrate, scaffold, and align new ways of working with our social work practice approach.
We are seeking a partner who can support and enable this commitment.
