Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children (Oranga Tamariki) are running an open and competitive procurement approach to determine the on-going provider of the Permanent Caregiver Support Service (PCSS) delivered nationwide from 1 July 2019.

The PCSS administers and coordinates financial and other assistance to permanent caregivers who provide permanent homes for children who have been in care of Oranga Tamariki or an approved non-government organisation (NGO).
