Oranga Tamariki (the Ministry) wishes to identify a supplier(s) to provide and implement a Caregiver Information and Support System – ‘CISS’ (Provider).
The initial scope for CISS will focus on supporting workflow for enquiries by potential caregivers, the introduction of an online application process for potential caregivers, a comprehensive list of our applicants (to become caregivers). The scope of CISS will ultimately extend across enquiring and / or applying to become a caregiver, matching and placement of caregivers with children in need and caregiver support processes.
The Ministry also requires that the CISS is implemented on a flexible and extensible technology platform that could potentially be used to implement future child centric needs and solutions for other business units within the Ministry.
