The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand is issuing this Registration of Interest (ROI) to identify and shortlist Respondents with the capability, experience, solution fit and delivery approach to provide an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and related implementation and support services.
The ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. It is intended to help Open Polytechnic understand which Respondents are best placed to support our CRM objectives before shortlisted Respondents are invited to participate in the next procurement stage.
We are seeking a collaborative partner with a proven track record delivering CRM projects of comparable scale and complexity. The preferred approach will combine practical enterprise CRM delivery experience with the ability to work alongside our people to design, implement, support and progressively extend a CRM platform that delivers value across multiple business outcomes.
• Collaborative design, configuration and implementation of the enterprise CRM platform.
• Knowledge transfer and internal capability uplift so Open Polytechnic can increasingly own, support, configure and extend the platform.
• Incremental delivery, beginning with the enterprise CRM foundation and the initial Centralised Interaction Management (CIM) capability for learner communications.
• Support for refining a future CRM roadmap that reuses the enterprise platform across additional CRM initiatives.
Respondents should read this ROI together with the ROI Response Form and ROI Supporting Information. The Response Form sets out the information Respondents must provide, while the Supporting Information provides additional context on Open Polytechnic’s current environment, business drivers, CIM scope, future CRM roadmap, integration context and assumptions relevant to preparing a Registration.
