Overview
Otago Polytechnic (the Buyer) is seeking Main Contractor services to deliver the construction of the Trades Training Centre located in the heart of their Forth Street Campus. Providing for Trades and Engineering programmes, this is central to our significant campus redevelopment moving from older less efficient buildings to modern fit for purpose buildings with sustainability and carbon management at the core of the design.
This is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Registration of Interest for Main Contractor Services for this development.
