Overview

This procurement relates to the relocation of the ORC existing offices into a new office on High Street, Dunedin.

Note that this new office location will be referred to indistinctively as Aonui, New Office, or High Street office in this RFP.

The ORC is currently operating out of 2 separate locations, which will be merged into one single office space.

The relocation of the existing offices into the new Office on High Street, Dunedin, will see many existing assets/FF&E relocated.

However, some assets/FF&E items are not fit for purpose in the new office or have reached the end of their usable and economic life. Additionally, some FF&E items needed in the new office are not currently owned by the ORC.

As a result, some of the FF&E items needed for the new ORC office will be relocated, while others need to be procured.

For this relocation, the ORC is seeking one or more suppliers to

- Supply, deliver and install a wide range of new FF&E items.
- Relocate and install existing FF&E items from their existing offices to the new office.

This RFP is split in 5 packages. Respondents can provide a price for any of the packages. The packages are as follows:
- Package 1: Relocation of existing and Large furniture items (tables/desks, seating, cupboards, etc.). An indicative list of the items to be relocated is provided in the Furniture Schedule.
- Package 2: Lockers.
- Package 3: Meeting Pods.
- Package 4: Field testing equipment.
- Package 5: Shelving (Fixed and mobile shelving).
