Overview
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation for suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a proposal for the Queenstown Public Transport Business Case (PTBC). The PTBC will confirm the case for investment in a 30-year public transport service plan for Queenstown. The PTBC requires expertise in public transport planning, development of asset ownership models, system and management and funding mechanisms.
