We invite interested parties to register their interest and submit proposals to Otago Regional Council (ORC) for the provision of a trial ferry service on the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu. Interested parties must be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver a trial service commencing on 1 July 2021.

ORC is using this ROI process to identify suitable providers with vessel availability in the short term to provide a ferry trial service. Vessel availability is a critical consideration for the trial, our evaluation will consider the suitability of the vessel and ability to commence a trial within the required timeframe.
