Overview
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to submit proposals for the provision of planning assistance to Council in respect of two plan changes for water management in the Arrow and Cardrona catchments respectively.
ORC needs support from (an) experienced planning expert(s) to assist Council planning staff in preparing the plan change, the section 32 evaluation for the Arrow and Cardrona plan changes, and ancillary tasks which may include assisting with plan drafting, reviewing plan provisions, assisting with future hearings, and other tasks.
