We would like:
- Cloud ready SD WAN with dynamic routing and route optimisation;
- WAN and internet connectivity that supports quality of service protocols for real-time traffic over the WAN, and provides excellent performance for VOIP, video conferencing and increased remote working; and
- Proactive management services including fault resolution, and configuration and other changes, and utilisation monitoring and reporting?
