The Office of the Auditor-General is looking to gather information about the market for Māori research providers.

The Office is looking to undertake a piece of research aimed at getting a diverse range of Māori perspectives on what effective public accountability looks like.

We are asking for information regarding:
• Your organisations experience conducting Māori-centred research;
• Your view on any unique considerations that should inform the methods and outputs of research like this;
• The number of full-time researchers you have with expertise in research with Māori;
• The type of services your organisation can offer, specifically for this kind of project; and
• The cost structure for the research services you provide.

It is intended that the information gathered will be used to inform our approach to procuring research into Māori perspectives on public accountability.
