Overview

New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) is a Crown Agency and our core role is to help New Zealand companies grow internationally. NZTE and third party providers deliver a range of capability building and in-market support to roughly 4,000 companies, and focus intensively on an active portfolio of approximately 700 that have the scale and ambition to succeed internationally. More information about NZTE is contained in the attached document.

To gauge customer experience and NZTE’s impact, 1500-2000 people currently receive an in-depth annual survey. Customers will also receive a short ‘Pulse’ survey after receiving a specific service and other smaller surveys on an ad hoc basis.

To lift the quality and usefulness of customer feedback, and have automated and streamlined processes, NZTE is at the information gathering phase of revising its existing customer survey approach eg how can we get some deeper analysis about the impact we are having on our customers, methodology / alternative approaches, how to integrate all existing surveys. Any solution needs to integrate well with NZTE’s existing technology platforms (Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint’s “Cohesion” application for enterprise content management).

Depending on the outcome of this information gathering phase a RFP may be released in June/July this year.

NZTE welcomes the opportunity to an open discussion about the types of questions to include in any RFP
• 10:30 am to 12.00 pm Thursday 19th March in Wellington
• 11:30 am to 1.00 pm Friday 20th March in Auckland.

NZTE is happy to receive written information if companies prefer.

If you would like to register your interest in attending either meeting please contact mary-ellen.mallinson@nzte.govt.nz directly.
