NZTE is seeking international assistance service providers to assist our offshore people and those travelling. We require a number of specialist services within our International Assistance Programme. We welcome respondents who can provide services in a single category or across all categories. The services required in each category are as follows:
(a) Medical screening: medical screening for employees going offshore on assignment
(b) Medical advice and support for our offshore people and travellers: providing clinic recommendations and payment guarantees to clinics and hospitals; advice from registered doctors and nurses; and medical claims administration
(c) Tracking of our travellers, security and medical alerts and emergency response assistance: a solution that provides NZTE with the ability to track employees’ whereabouts when travelling, provision of security and medical alerts to our people, emergency response (relating to a security incident, natural disaster or a medical event), and quick response time when emergencies occur
