What we need

- Essential Selling is a new New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) approach to sales coaching and capability building for New Zealand SMEs operating in the modern global economy. The new service is designed to deliver immediate and lasting impact to sales capabilities that enables companies to increase the productivity and effectiveness of their sales people and processes to drive revenue and margin growth.

- To meet the challenges of busy SME exporters located in regions throughout New Zealand, who are often out of the country or have international sales teams, the service will be delivered online to ensure that it can be accessed anywhere, anytime. The service will have a combination of self-guided and group learning and clear processes that enable the participants to practice, refine and embed the learnings back in their businesses.

- We are looking for a service that reflects contemporary best practice for online one-to-many skills training. The service will contain a comprehensive sales curriculum including: Prospecting, discovery, qualification, pitching, shared plans, relationship building, objection handling, closing, negotiations.

- NZTE is looking for providers with an existing, proven service and a platform ready to launch in February 2019.

What we don’t want

- We are not looking for offline class room courses that require people to travel to physical locations to participate in group work.

- Nor are we looking for static online services only involving written and pre-recorded materials that lack a live interactive component.
