Overview

This RFP relates to the procurement of one or more enterprise licences for a learning content library. This will give all people at NZTE access to a broad range of off the shelf learning content. Previously this has been provided by Harvard Manage Mentor. Going forward we wish to offer access to a modern content library that is accessible (i.e. intuitive to use, ideally connects in some way with our Docebo LMS for access and reporting) and offers a wider range of content (both topics and content types).

This content library will provide our people with access to a broad range of off the shelf training opportunities, in a cost-effective way and aligned with both group and individual needs. This means that in many cases we will be able to use content available through the library to develop the critical group learning modules on our Learning Framework more efficiently (see attached ‘NZTE Culture and Learning Framework Information’ for more information about our Learning Framework). The extensive range of content will also cater for more specialised individual learning needs, creating a more personalised experience for learners.

This opportunity will create an environment where learning happens anywhere, any time and in any way. This will enable our people to keep up with the changing demands of their jobs and deliver on our purpose.
