Overview

The services to be provided under this RFQ include:
Redesign and redevelopment of the NZTE’s key external facing web channel NZTE.govt.nz to focus on rolling out enhanced digital services and features for the following priority audiences:
i) NZTE Customers (NZ exporters enrolled in an NZTE programme and those exporters who are not enrolled but who are “NZTE ready”)
ii) Investors (domestic and overseas who could potentially invest in NZTE customer companies)
iii) Potential employees (careers).

The full scope of agency services will therefore include (but may not be limited to):
Service Design
• Leading and facilitating the process to define features based on audience and business needs
Information Architecture and Visual Design
• Designing, testing and validating the user experience
Technical Design & Planning
• Designing the digital architecture and aligning with our technical stakeholders
Technical Implementation
• Full stack development as required to implement the front end, content management system (CMS), and any associated APIs or/and integration points
Quality Assurance
• Process for effectively managing quality across all deliverables with emphasis on QA for the technical implementation
Project Management
• Process for supporting timely and effective delivery across all deliverables

We anticipate that we will phase the programme of work across the following multiple phases:

4. Beta Release
5. Live Release
6. Continuous Improvement
