The Teaching Council is seeking to understand whether it’s feasible to establish a panel of suppliers that will provide quality services, competitive pricing, value for money, and predictability of costs over the period 2025 to 2030 to support the ongoing development and maintenance of our core business solutions built on the Salesforce platform.
Our primary objectives are to:
• To move from a single supplier to a panel of qualified suppliers
• Identify suppliers who can provide ongoing development and maintenance services for our Salesforce implementation.
• Understand the capabilities and experience of potential suppliers, both within New Zealand and internationally.
• Explore alternative pricing models beyond time and materials-based pricing.
• Assess the prevalence of security certifications such as ISO27001 or SOC2 among potential suppliers.
