NZ Transport Agency invites Registrations of Interest (RoI) from consultants wishing to tender for the National Safer Roads and Roadsides - Improvement Programme.
The National Safer Roads and Roadsides Improvement Programme will target the accelerated delivery of a range of small to medium sized safety improvement projects across the State Highway network in accordance with the Safer Journeys – Safer Roads and Roadsides Programme Business Case.
The successful consultant will be competent in: safe systems thinking, design and engineering; programming and prioritisation; planning and business case development; engagement and construction procurement and monitoring.
The NZ Transport Agency intends to establish a planning and design alliance agreement with the preferred consultant. The physical works associated with the safety programme will be separately procured by the successful consultant as part of this commission, providing end to end delivery and accountability.
RoI are welcomed from suitably qualified consultants with experience in the planning, design and delivery of road safety improvement projects.
A Request for Statements of Interest and Ability is planned for release to registered consultants, early April 2015.
RoI involves submitting a single page letter, in response to this advertisement, advising company/consortium names and details of a single point of contact.
