This is a Professional Services contract for the delivery of detailed design and Contract Administration services for the Toko Tributary and Whenuariki Stream Culverts in Taranaki.
The Toko Tributary and Whenuariki Stream Culverts are part of the 2027-2030 End of Life Structures Programme. This programme seeks to replace structures at the end of their asset life where replacement is more cost effective than continued maintenance.

The Contract will comprise:
• Design Development to IFC Drawings
• Planning and Consenting
• Construction Tender Support and Contract Administration

Tenderers must submit all queries through GETS Questions and Answers

Tender queries and clarifications will be answered by Notice to Tenderer and added to the GETS addenda.

Tender submissions shall be uploaded to GETS eTender box in two separate files (pdf format plus EXCEL spreadsheet Schedule of Prices).

The GETS file upload limit is 50MB. The files should be labelled:

• 15168 - Supplier Company Name - File No 1 - Price
• 15168 - Supplier Company Name - File No 2 – Non-Price
