NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi invites Expressions of Interest from suppliers with capability to design and deliver an AI-enabled project forecasting and delivery confidence tool, supported by predictive modelling, data engineering, infrastructure project controls and delivery assurance expertise.
The proposed tool must use AI-enabled analytics to ingest, structure and analyse raw, semi-structured and structured NZTA project data, including cost, risk, schedule, reporting and assurance information, and convert it into practical forecasting and decision-support outputs.
It is intended to provide an AI-enabled forecasting and early-warning layer across cost, risk and schedule by identifying patterns, correlations, outliers and weak indicators that may signal emerging delivery pressures.
The purpose of this EOI is to identify suppliers that can help NZTA develop a reliable, secure, explainable and scalable AI-enabled tool that improves delivery confidence across cost, risk and schedule. The preferred solution should also create a foundation NZTA can progressively own, maintain and enhance internally.
• use AI-enabled methods to ingest, structure and analyse NZTA project data in varying states of quality and maturity;
• apply predictive modelling and advanced analytics to assess cost forecasts, risk exposure, schedule requirements and delivery confidence;
• generate explainable confidence indicators, exception triggers and variance signals for further review.
EOI involves submitting an up-to-five A4 pages Expression, in response to this advertisement, advising company/consortium and contact details.
EOI submissions are to be uploaded to the GETS eTender box in a single file (pdf format).
The GETS file upload limit is 10 MB.
The file should be LABELLED as:
• SUPPLIER COMPANY NAME – EOI SUBMISSION
Tenderers should refer to the GETS website for instructions on uploading their EOI files
