This is a professional Services contract to deliver the detailed design and associated pre-implementation support for improvements around the New Dunedin Hospital and central Dunedin to assist the multimodal flow around central Dunedin

The contract will comprise of:

• Topographical survey to the standard required to support detailed design
• Integration of the design across SH1, the SH88 realignment and the surrounding local network
• Attendance at meetings with the Agency and key stakeholders, as required
• Developments of estimates and economic assessments
• Obtaining and supporting statutory approvals
• Preparation of the detailed designs, drawings and contract documentation for the implementation phase RFT
• Implementation MSQA (Provisional)

Tender submissions shall be uploaded to GETS eTender box in two separate files (pdf format plus EXCEL spreadsheet Schedule of Prices).

The GETS file upload limit is 50MB. The files should be labelled:

• Name of the business - File No 1 – 13866 Proposal excluding Price
• Name of the business - File No 2 – 13866 Price
