This is a direct Appointment Emergency Works Construction Contract.

The remediation of the Slippage repairs located at SH30 & SH31.

Contract Works comprises of:
- Removing any excess soil while reshaping and compacting the embankment to a suitable grade/ The slope has erosion protection matting placed on the surface and will be pinned to the soil. Construction of rockfill walls; construction of drainage and retaining structures.
- Hydroseeding and Coconut matting where required.
- Clearing existing shrubs and vegetation including horticulturist.
- The existing shoulder of the road to be remediated to suit the existing pavement structure.
- Reinstatement of existing road pavement to suit the existing pavement type.
