This tender is for the maintenance, management, and delivery of routine preventative and reactive maintenance of nationwide intelligent transport systems (ITS) and includes the following:
• A monitoring service for ITS assets.
• Management of the national ITS equipment spares inventory.
• Monthly activity and performance reporting and attendance of contract meetings.
• Satisfactory performance which is an evaluation outcome from iPACE of Meets Requirements
• The Contract is a 3yr + 1yr + 1yr contract. Extensions to the contract will be granted at the Principal’s sole discretion
Only tenderers pre-qualified to level C or above Category 1. Maintenance and Minor works – Intelligent Transport System: Electronic signs on state highways under the terms of the Transport Agency’s Prequalification System are eligible to submit a tender.

All responses to tender queries/clarifications will be answered by Notice to Tenderer which will be available in the GETS addenda.
Tender submissions shall be uploaded to GETS eTender box in two separate files. The GETS file upload limit is 50MB.
The files should be labelled:
• Contract Number - File No 1 - Supplier Company Name - Proposal excluding Price
• Contract Number - File No 2 - Supplier Company Name - Price (pdf format PLUS excel spreadsheet Schedule of Prices)
