This is a Professional Services contract for suitably qualified survey professionals to undertake topographical survey works to support the pre-implementation phase design for the consenting, specimen and detailed design of future transport infrastructure for the Hamilton Southern Links project.
The Contract will comprise:
- Undertake a detailed topographical survey of the Hamilton Southern Links corridor.
- Produce a 3D Surface Model and Triangulation.
- Produce Aerial Photography.
Electronic copies of the RFT documentation are attached to this advertisement.
ALL tenderer’s queries are to be SUBMITTED through the GETS Questions and Answers.
All responses to tender queries/clarifications will be answered by Notice to Tenderer which will be available in the GETS addenda.
Tender submissions shall be uploaded to GETS eTender box in two separate files (pdf format plus EXCEL spreadsheet Schedule of Prices).
The GETS file upload limit is 50MB. The files should be labelled:
- 13922 - Supplier Company Name - File No 1– Proposal including Price
- 13922 - Supplier Company Name - File No 2– Schedule of Prices
This file is to be submitted in both PDF and Excel spreadsheet formats.
Tender submissions will only be accepted electronically via the GETS eTender Box.
