This is a Physical Works contract, part of an Emergency Works Recovery package of work following a high-intensity rain event in June 2025 caused significant damage to parts of the Marlborough Roads Network. The site, locally referred to as ‘Delegats’ (RP SH01S-49/7.022), suffered extensive scour to the existing stormwater rock-lined channel, resulting in complete demolition of the SW channel and compromising a 300m W Section Guardrail and the State Highway shoulder pavement.
The Contract Works comprise of:
• Earthworks
• Concreting
• TTM
