This procurement presents an opportunity to partner with NZTA Waka Kotahi on its digital transformation journey. We are seeking to implement a unified Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that meets current and future legislative requirements and consolidate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Reporting, Consents and Compliance systems into a single integrated platform.

Delivery of a reliable, scalable, and fully integrated Health, Safety and Environment Consents & Compliance (HSE) Platform, that centralises he management of statutory consents, permits, and compliance activities across all operational sites.

This platform will serve as a critical enabler of NZTA’s wider digital transformation programme. It will enhance NZTA Waka Kotahi’s longterm capability by replacing outdated and fragmented systems, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the organisation’s Te Ara ki Tua strategy and broader digital transformation objectives.
