This is a Professional Services contract for Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency seeking an experienced consultant to develop the Hamilton to Tauranga Strategic Corridor Plan (HTSCP).

The HTSCP is a piece of strategic planning work that will guide how the strategic corridor between Hamilton and Tauranga should develop over time, by setting out a plan for managing, optimising, and enhancing the urban network over the next 30 years.  As well as providing clear direction about how the strategic corridor should change over time, the HTSCP will identify potential future initiatives that will be inputs to future prioritisation, project development and decision-making processes.
