This is a Professional Services contract for Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency seeking an experienced consultant to develop the Tauranga Strategic Urban Network Plan (TSUNP).

The TSUNP is a piece of strategic planning work that will guide how the Tauranga strategic urban network should develop over time, by setting out a plan for managing, optimising, and enhancing the urban network over the next 30 years. The TSUNP will focus on the strategic State Highway network within the Tauranga urban area which is under most pressure.  As well as providing clear direction about how Tauranga's strategic urban network should change over time, the TSUNP will identify potential future initiatives that will be inputs to future prioritization, project development and decision-making processes.
