This is a Professional Services contract for Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is seeking an experienced consultant to develop the Hornby Strategic Transport Plan (STP). This evidence-based transport investment plan, staged over a 30-year period, will seek to address challenges and opportunities within the Hornby area and wider Western Corridor.
