Overview

This Notice of Information (NOI) is to provide some project information ahead of the Request for Tender (RFT) which is currently planned to be advertised in November 2025. The contract commencement date is anticipated to be early/mid-February 2026, with the physical works being completed before the end June 2026.

This NOI is provided as an early indication only of the project scope so suppliers can consider tendering in advance of works coming to market and will not form part of any future tender or contract documents.

The contract works comprise of five scour remediation projects across the Waikato Region which are proposed to be delivered as a single physical works contract. The table below shows a summary of the sites expected to be part of the tender.

• Works expected to start in February 2026 with all sites to be completed by end of June 2026
