NZTA is seeking independent testing services for Electronic Distance Recorders (EDRs) as required on an adhoc service delivery model. The independent tester will conduct functional, safety, and digital integrity testing and provide detailed reports to support regulatory approval decisions.

Prequalifications:
1. Must have experience and track record of testing electronic recording devices similar and relevant to EDR
2. Strict no conflict requirement as this service is to act as a complete independent tester. Respondents must declare they have no conflicts (perceived, potential or actual). This includes:
• Existing ESP
• Registered or regular installers of a NZTA ESP
• Existing contract with NZTA providing services to NZTA under the RUC system programme
