Overview

This is a Physical Works contract is for the delivery of granular rehabilitation for sites identified along Hawkes Bay State Highway 2 and 5. This project, deemed as Package 2, forms part of the construction works under the rehabilitation and renewal programme, which is scheduled to commence in early October 2025, with completion anticipated by early December 2025.

The Contract Works comprise of:

Pavement and Surfacing
Temporary Traffic Management
Drainage
Finishing works

Only tenderers pre-qualified to all of the below stated categories and levels (either independently or through subcontracting) under the terms of the Transport Agency’s Prequalification System are eligible to submit a tender.

Maintenance (Routine) and Minor works – Level C and above (1A, 1B or 1C);   

Surfacing – Level D and above (2A, 2B, 2C or 2D);   

Construction - Level D and above (4A, 4B, 4C or 4D).   

Electronic copies of the RFT documentation are attached to this advertisement. ALL TENDERER’S QUERIES are to be SUBMITTED through the GETS Questions and Answers.
