Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency will soon be seeking suppliers to provide debt collection services. This is to help recover unpaid transport-related fees and fines.

We’re looking for suppliers who can:

* Recover debt efficiently and respectfully.
* Follow all legal and ethical guidelines.
* Ability to scale up or reduce service as demand changes.
* Provide clear reporting and performance data.
