A Request for Tender is invited from shortlisted contractors for the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase of the Mill Road – Redoubt Road: SH1 Interchange to Hilltop Road project (Mill Road Package 1).

This ECI Contractor procurement is part of a series of key procurement activities for delivery of Mill Road Stage 1.

The Project Works are likely to comprise the following:
• Utilities relocations.
• Road widening of existing highway.
• Upgraded and new intersections.
• Signal upgrades and new signalisation of existing intersections.
• Retaining walls.
• New footpaths and shared paths, and off-road active mode corridors.
• Introduction of bus lanes.

Access to project documents
Project documents listed in Appendix A will be provided to Tenderers in a data room. Access to the data room has been provided following completion and return of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) included with the ROI.
