NZ Transport Agency is seeking a professional services supplier to undertake route protection and specimen design for the SH29 Tauriko West project in Tauranga.
This is the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process. Tenderers are only required to submit Stage 1 response and only shortlisted tenderers will be invited to participate in a closed Tender process for Stage 2.
The SH29 Tauriko West project involves constructing a new State Highway 29 corridor between Omanawa Bridge and the Takitimu Road roundabout, and widening the existing State Highway 29A corridor from the roundabout to Barkes Corner. The project objectives are to reduce travel time, support housing growth and improve safety on the corridor.
A tenderer’s briefing will be held at 1:30pm Monday 9 June. Should you wish to attend the briefing, please provide your contact details to davey.chang@nzta.govt.nz before 12pm Friday 6 June, with subject: SH29 Tenderer Briefing, and a TEAMS invitation link will be provided. A copy of the presentation will also be made available on GETS after the briefing.
Electronic copies of the Request for Tender documentation are attached to this advertisement.
All tender communications are to be submitted through the GETS Questions and Answers portal, except for your registration to the tenderer’s briefing.
All responses to tender questions/clarifications will be answered by Notice to Tenderer which will be available in the GETS addenda.
