This is a Professional Services contract for a Principal’s Technical Advisor (PTA) role for the second Ashburton River Bridge (2AB). This role is critical for supporting the project’s technical needs throughout the pre-implementation and implementation phases of the 2AB project.

We are seeking a professional services consultant that will provide a value-for-money PTA solution by:
• Having a rigorous understanding of the PTA role and the benefits it will provide NZTA,
• Remaining flexible to the evolving needs of the project,
• Collaborating and operating with NZTA with a problem-solving mindset,
• Having efficient internal quality management processes that will benefit NZTA,
• Having a strong knowledge of the project, in particular the existing designation conditions, to meet the project milestones and outcomes, and
• Operating to project budget utilising a competitive consultancy rate card.
