Overview

This is a Physical Works contract for SH73 Dry Stream Culvert – Scour Protection & Invert Lining

The Contract Works comprise of:

• Reinstatement of upstream batter slopes and stream training to prevent out flanking of the culvert inlet
• Temporary site dewatering to facilitate works
• Installation of new concrete invert to the culvert, including breakout of the existing.
• Removal of cobbles within the existing concrete apron.
• Remediation of voids in/under the existing concrete apron.
• Installation of new concrete apron and cutoff wall.
• Installation of rock riprap protection at toe of new apron slab.

Only tenderers pre-qualified to classification level 4C under the terms of the Transport Agency’s Prequalification System are eligible to submit a tender.
